• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The title is basically what the question is about.

Should i go to the psych ward? If this was any other time period in my life i'd say no but this year has simply been too much on me.

I literally couldn't study for the midterms due to the near unrelelenting amount of rumination that i am dealing with on a daily basis.

Should i tell my Psychiatrist about it? She is finally back from a trip across the world and i have the window of oppurtunity to check myself in that i wouldn't have had otherwise.

The thing is, turkish psych wards are uniquely shit. So i have a feeling that i am going to leave feeling even worse.

My psychiatrist offered me this back in may, so it might be the the best idea to check myself in. Because otherwise, i might finally crack when the midterms arrive.
I will be sleeping in about 30 minutes do i will sadly respond tomorrow. Sorry if i cause an inconvienece to anyone due to time zones.

i definitely do think it'd be worth it to just tell your psychiatrist everything you've mentioned here. i think even if the psych wards there are pretty shit i do think it'd be an opportunity for you to at least get a break before anything more comes up for you. but if you decide not to go then your psychiatrist might be able to help come up with an alternative plan for you and upcoming midterms

i know this was posted yesterday but take care, man
