So I got the SN, anti-eme, and the "prop an olol"
I need help knowing when to take the b-blocker (prop an olol) since Stan's guide doesn't specify that.
Is it an hour before taking the SN? Or do I mix it with the SN and drink it at the same time, like the PPH recommends?
