Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I couldn't convince the NP to give me propranolol for my tremors because it may interact with my inhaler. I told her I don't even use my inhaler.
But I was given prazosin which also lowers blood pressure. Although it's not a beta blocker. I assume the blood pressure medication is for the tachycardia that comes with sn and not the anxiety. Could I use this instead? I don't have anything that protocol calls for. I do plan on using olanzapine as an antiemetic. I thought of using zofran instead of meto but it doesn't facilitate gastric emptying like meto.
