Practice Suicide?

Does anyone practice their suicide?
I suppose it would be different for every method.
I want to use FSH, but I've been saying that for months
So I decided to start practicing. I have a set up. So I went there and put the news around and try to lean into it. I did. But I don't know if it was good. It hurt and the whole thing was pretty scary

But my thought is to try each day and eventually I may get the guts

Is anyone doing this? Do you feel you're making progress? It could be any method.

I am, but I am not making any progress. I tried strangulation and out of dozens of times I only got it right once. I tried partial and I had the same reaction to it as you did by trying fsh, it is painful and scary. I don't know what to do. I never thought catching the bus is so hard..
