You need a debit or credit card and an ID to check into a hotel. Just bring that with you and then lock your card via bank app.

Sorry, I was purposely vague. I feel bad for "helping", but at the same time I want to help, it's weird.
When I tried, I destroyed my phone and some personally important stuff to me. I did not intend to do that.You could just cancel the card after you book the hotel. Even if you cut it up, someone can still use the number to make online purchases if they had all the pieces.
If you are going to have hotel maids find your body, at the very least you should leave some sort of cash tip for forcing them to deal with the trauma and clean-up. They're underpaid enough as it is.Similar threads
