Help post-hanging side effects?

i know there are side effects to constricting the cartoids for any amount of time, noticable or not. ive seen people mention it but im having a hard time finding the posts where its been discussed

what are the possibe side effects and symptoms of a failed hanging? (i understand going to the doctor is a good precaution and i may consider it)

for context: i recently made an attempt to hang myself, SI got in the way, i couldnt give an exact amount of time, but i was hanging with my full weight long enough for my vision to go dark, but got down before i lost consciousness. so far ive only been experiencing pain in my neck/cartoids

I've had a little ear ringing, plus the obvious throat pain. I did one "full" suspension that stretched the rope and put me on tiptoes. I felt some kind of pop and it hurt to swallow for a few days.

I did partial hanging. I felt the same ear ringing and heaviness in head like the same thing you feel when you are about to pass out for a week at the same time when I hanged myself everyday. I had some rope marks and pain for 5/6 days. After that it went away.

A stroke. If it doesn't kill you it will leave you mentally handicapped
