Help POLL: Need help choosing a player home in Fallout 3

Hello all,
I will need a player home in the hit video game Fallout 3, But I'm torn between Tenpenny Tower home and the Town of 'Megaton' home, Can you guys help me decide?

For reference this is what the player homes individually look like.

Tenpenny Tower suite (Player Home)

My Megaton House (Player Home)

I vote Megaton. You can always pop in to see cheery Moira, who will even help you pick out a theme for your place. Tenpenny's too much of a gated community crowd, and you'd have new HOA rules weekly.

You've probably already made your choice but if you haven't I always ALWAYS choose the Megaton House in my FO3 playthrough's. I find it so fulfilling coming back to Megaton after journeying and collecting Supplies and Weapons. Here's a little tip I learned, the "Quantum Chemist" Perk will give you 1 Nuka Cola Quantum for every 10 regular Nuka Cola's you have in your inventory. But DO NOT PUT NUKA COLA IN THE COLA MACHINE. They will become "Chilled Nuka Cola" and will not count as a regular Nuka Cola. Have fun Wastelanding!

This brings back memories. Megaton was my home.

I like Megaton better, it feels more alive. After you kill all the Tenpenny residents there's just a handful of ghouls tending the shops. The place feels dead. Also lots of loading screens before you get to your suite.

Blowing up [REDACTED] is great fun as well though and you should definitely do that at least once. It's also fun running into ghoul Moira afterwards.

I always choose the safehouse in Megaton, because it is better than the alternative. The owner of Tenpenny Tower, Mister Tenpenny himself, is what many people would consider a "snob"; I really despise his haughty personality.

Edit: On a good karma playthrough I killed him because he is an evil character. On an evil karma playthrough I killed him because is fake upper-class and "posh".
