Venting Poll: did things get worse or better after your attempt?

just want to see if other people are experiencing this. attempted this year, things have been going downhill, in total i suffer more now than i suffered before the attempt. im fatigued daily and more depressed/anhedonic than ever, as well as dissociating every second. to me, attempt is anything where someone came close to ctb. even just going to the location counts if a person had the desire to ctb there, and they didn't proceed for whichever reason at the time.

Curious as to why you out "got worse" and "stayed the same" together. Those are quite different outcomes.

after i attempted was the first time in years my dad ever hugged me or told me he loved me. it's been an uphill battle but i feel a lot better than i used to.

Worse i'm now a weirdo psycho daughter who is very selfish

I have a recurring thought, it would have been better if I had succeeded.

Everyone tells me how sad everyone would be if I had CTB, the only person who thinks it would have been better for me to be gone is … me!
