Help Pointers please on hanging

I have a blue 1cm climbing rope, I have ambien to try and calm down, I have a good anchor point but not the balls, no other methods available. Wanted to do this yesterday but couldn't want to do it today but possibly can't. Oh shit why is this so hard? I don't want to live another day but just too afraid to make things worse and the pain, I hate life.

I only have one shot at full suspension since my neck is so skinny, it will get all fucked up so no rehearsals or second chances. Don't know what else to do, getting lost in the desert maybe.

Its also my only option. Trying to do it since last summer. I tried 2 times but couldnt do it. Waiting the good time. Maybe with alcohol it would be easier for me. Can't wait to be done with this life. Doctors are useless. Life is shit for me.

Oh shit :( so sad to hear, wish we had the magic potion that would just send us to sleep .

You could drink a whole bottle of alcohol in one go and do full suspension. It should lower your inhibitions sufficiently to overcome SI.

Go with a basic slip-knot. No need for anything complicated. If you've got sleeping pills handy, combining them with the alcohol will help.

Ambien is a good relaxer. For myself I plan to use Xanax and Benadryl, This combination will make me very sleepy. An added touch is to handcuff my hands behind my back to prevent me for inadvertently using my hands to free my self. My method is full suspension hanging. I am doing this to help overcome SI. Once my hands are cuffed there is no way for SI to save. I know the meds should make me really sleepy and I will just fall off the ladder.

Good points, I originally thought of a dual method of lots of sedatives and hanging but someone said being too drugged can make you do something stupid and fail so maybe just the right amount of tranquilizers?

I think they would have an effect quicker so you should be ready for that.

How many Xanax? I have Lots of that and how much Benadryl and why these two together?
