Pls review my sn regime.

I have thought of going with the stat dose.
1 hr before sn : 1 paracetamol (around 500 mg)
45 mins before sn : 2*10 mg meto
30 mins before : antacid
Sn. (20g in 100 ml water)
I have reduced the dosage as i am comparatively a petite person (44kgs) and i am afraid taking too many medications will only do me harm.

I believe 100ml may extend your suffering as the recommended is 50ml and so will cause the SN to work slower. As the others have said I would also consider a second glass of SN and maybe reconsider the dosages of your AE to reduce the possibility of being sick. I'm sorry you have reached this as your only option but wish you well in your search for peace

Your goal is to use as little water as possible, so definitely try to reduce to 50 mL. The solubility of SN should actually allow you to use even less than 50 mL for 20 g.
