Venting Please help I'm so alone

I hate feeling so alone, helpless, and hopeless. I don't see a way out. I tried. I can't sleep and all I can do is cry. I wish I could just dissolve. My heart and soul are on fire from the pain I feel everyday. It's all so unbearable now

I already have people in my life that I love very deeply. The loneliness I feel has a lot to do with my wish to die and not being able to express it irl. Ctb is lonely
