Method Planning to ctb with SN + partial hanging

I should hopefully have SN or KN within the next few days. The problem is I'm unable to obtain any antiemetics and I'm really worried about throwing it up and surviving.

My current plan is to tie a noose so that when I fall unconscious from the drink I'll hopefully die from the noose itself. I think the SN could minimise the survival instinct, or at least the struggle to break free which makes partial hanging so hard to do.

At this point full suspension would probably be much simpler but this feels like the easiest method I have right now. Any comments are much appreciated

I think the SN could minimise the survival instinct, or at least the struggle to break free

when you take SN, the moments after is you expecting your own death. I dont see how it could mitigate survival instinct because of that

My thought would be what happens if you get nauseated and start vomiting with a rope around your neck. You do not want to accidentally tighten the rope while puking and then choke yourself while also trying to vomit.

That's something to consider. Vomiting is pretty common and you can vomit while unconscious so take this into account. Furthermore, survival insticts cannot be underestimated. (I'm someone who failed hanging and now have SN).

While it's easy to assume how stacking these methods can work, many things remain uncertain. We lack evidence that this can do good or bad. Still, my desperation have made me think about fsh + sn before so I can definitely relate to what you're (the OP) thinking.
