I get that we all have to think about our own ends. I'm reaching the conclusion based on how the last year has gone for me medically along with growing realization that I'm likely autistic. I'm ready to check out. I have the means. While I think the majority of the few people left in my personal life wont be surprised.... Does anyone have any insight on how to move past the fear of harm on others? I'm a therapist and I'm concerned about how it could effect my clients. Ultimately I think I'm still going to make the best decision for me but the guilt of this is keeping me around longer than I want to be.
