Birds, moths, butterflies - but only if they are inside a room and can't get out. It's like I feel they are panicking. I used to get locked in a room when I was younger so that's probably where it comes from. Am fine with them outside :-)
Also I don't like pitch black darkness. And sudden loud crashing sounds send me into a bit of a freeeze state.

Things that make you spin. Even watching it, can cause me to break out in a sweat. About 15 years ago, the kids made me ride the Tea Cups at Disney World with them. I spent the next hour green with my head in a trash can.

1. Being restrained/trapped
2. Surgical wounds; I'm totally fine with blood and gore but if it's 'medical' I'm outta there
3. Parasites, I shudder just writing the word
4. Loud noises (thunder, shouting, balloons popping)
Not a huge fan of small spaces or crowds. When my anxiety's really bad I also have an irrational fear if I have to leave the house that my house is going to burn down and my cats will die. Oh, and spiders, but I'm working on that one.
Maggots, centipedes. Anything with an unnatural amount of legs coming out of their body will send me into a sobbing flailing itchy mess. I remember sitting in gym class one day and having a full breakdown to the point where I had to be escorted out of the room cause I saw maggots. Disgusting unnatural little creatures. Earthworms are super cool though
