i found a hidden place where nobody goes, ever, no CCTV. I have a solid plug-in cabel 2 m long and I would like to CTB - tide cable around the bar ( see photo 2) and then I would like to push myself on the knee with loosen loop around my neck, my time is around 19:00, so darker and quiet. Please send me message if it is OK. My weight is 94kg. Will be work it? I would like to tide loop upon my adams apple. thank folks
