Help Hypothetically speaking…

If I were to partially hang myself, when putting the knot around my neck and positioning it so it's on my cartoid artery, do I put it above or directly on my Adam's apple. I feel like putting it on my Adam's apple would likely provoke a physiological reaction out of me so I just need that thought either confirmed or corrected.

Everyone's anatomy is different. Positions that work for one person may not work for another. You may just have to try a few positions and see what works.
