Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I want to be sure that partial is the best way so I've been trying to make myself pass out for couple of days now and today it was the only time I succeeded. I woke up with saliva on my beard and arm and my tongue bitten to the blood I also felt weird pain /hotness on top of my head. I don't know how long I was unconscious, probably for couple of seconds but I was happy to know that it's possible! After couple of minutes I tried doing it again and I failed. I don't know why. I did everything exactly the same. It's so annoying. Anyone have an idea what can be the reasons?

When I lean forward and hold the stick the pressure on my neck is consistent until I let go

Also, it's so addictive

My setup looks like this

I'd remove the stick and just hold the cord. If the stick gets caught up on the handle, you could die. If you're just practicing, you need to make sure the rope (or the cord) can slide easily and can't get stuck. Even with this adjustment, this setup looks too dangerous for practicing. I would just open the door and throw the cord over the top edge of it, and hold the other end in my hand. Doing it like that is much simpler and there is a lot less chance that the cord gets stuck while you're doing it. Also, make sure there are no sharp objects around in case you fall.

Your knots are fine for practicing, but for an actual attempt, they are not good enough. If you plan to make an actual attempt, keep this in mind.

As for your question, try simply lowering yourself instead of leaning forward. You need to do it suddenly and with a lot of force, without holding back. Don't try to pull on the cord, just hold it steady, and lower yourself straight downward.
