Has anyone kneeled into the noose and passed out in a partial? What were your experiences like?
Any tips for loosing consciousness from partial. I have already seen that one video of the guy Just kneeling into it so seemlessly

I had unusual success a few days ago with partial. I didn't pass out but I got a weird pleasurable rush I've never had from hanging. I was facing my anchor point slightly away (due to a closet shelf) with my chin down and the knot behind me. I think this position could knock me out so I've been contemplating using it again for a few days.

Almost instantaneous, I was shocked when I stood up. I tried again and got tingly hands. This angle really seems to hit the carotid. That said, with partial I have to deliberately stay there until I pass out, which is hard with SI. Much less painful than FSH though. Robin Williams did it, Kate Spade did it, leaning into a little choke can't be that hard.

And youre not supposed to get the windpipe right
Or the jugular
The only anchor point I have is the coat rack on a door
Ive got a bathrobe belt and was thinking about doing the socks thing with a shoelace underneath what kind of rope did you use

This makes sense. I saw a video on YouTube where there was a demonstration of someone passing out from partial in a standing position where the anchor point was in front of them and the person leant into it. She passed out in seconds and someone had to lift her back up for her to regain consciousness... I think the anchor point being in front works better than when it is behind. This plus the slip knot may be the key to partial..

Yeah slipknot is way better in partial than a noose. Noose doesn't tighten very easily, which is absolutely critical for partial to work. I keep using the word noose instead of slipknot and I need to break myself of that habit because it can be very misleading.

Yes I've done it several times in that position and was almost successful. Only thing that stopped me was good ole survival instinct.

I did partial kneeling. Took some trial and error to get the position of the rope correct but once I did, I was out in probably 20 seconds. No pain. I unfortunately survived after sitting up and snapping awake.

To get the terminology correct, there is a slipknot and a noose knot. Both tighten under pressure, the difference is which end of the rope is pulled.

The traditional "noose" is tied with a hangman's knot, which is made for strength and will not necessarily tighten under pressure.

Yes, exactly. Thank you for saying that. When I first attempted partial, I was using the hangman knot, just because I was so obsessed with that knot lol and didn't know better. Couldn't believe the difference when I switched to slipknot.

It didn't take long at all, surprisingly. Once you find the right position and the rope is in the right place, unconsciousness can happen rather swiftly. I was shocked myself when it happened that fast.
