Partial hanging from tree

Does anyone have a diagram or any tips for this I've been researching it a lot and know the knots I need to do. I was planning on doing it in a kneeled position. I basically have it figured out but a visual would help and any other tips I might have missed. thank you in advance :)

I'm also wondering this. I can't climb a tree so I don't get which branches to use etc..
