I was practicing partial hanging with a very high quality strong scarf, tied to my closets bar to hang clothing hangers (ironic ;-;) i didnt expect anything at first because I've read that theres a sweet spot I need to find but after getting everything ready and moving things out of the way I got into position (low to the ground on my knees but almost laying on my bell. i immediately felt the blood rush to my head and I started feeling dizzy after about 6 seconds, i got out of it because it was meant to only be a test for right now because I do plan on writing a letter. it didn't scare me but it felt oddly comforting and I can't wait until I really get to do it. Does this sound like a good method/plan? Any advice so I don't become a vegetable?

If you're serious about hanging, then full suspension is the best bet to mitigate risk and overcome SI. The only downside being, once you let go, full is a one way ticket and partial is a potential return (if you have a change of heart).

What you're describing (rush of blood to the head) is cutting off the jugulars and not the carotids. Your head will feel like it's going to explode and will leave a blueish bloated face after the fact. In order to avoid this, you need to go hard and fast into the rope to cut off the carotids supply to the brain and thus lose consciousness quicker and a pale looking face in passing, leading to a better outcome for all involved I think you'll agree. And yes, that is more intimidating, but it's the truth of it.

Thank you, I'll try to find a suitable place to do full suspension. My only issue is I'm not sure if i have anything strong enough to hold me fully and i wont be able to buy rope discreetly because my family knows my issues with depression and would assume I was going to attempt. I'll look at other things I could use, again thank you!

I weigh about 104 lbs and I could try Amazon but I'm afraid that they'll open the package before me and I won't even be able to get it.

That's fair enough concern. One of those things you can't really walk in and buy from local store. However, you're not very heavy, so you could get away with non rope ligatures, do a scout of your house and see what the options are.

I have question for full suspension, are there any places at home that can be used ? I am not tall I have 174cm but I can not seem to find a place high enough or strong enough to support my weight 60kg and be fully in air any ideas ? I have prepared things for partial so far. But if there is good place for that is common in many households for full I am not against it.

That's impossible to say without seeing your house. Do you have a private garden / tree? If I didn't have either I'd still go Full, but would do so in the woods or whatever. Trees are man's best friend so they say!

You'd have to use your initiative. Look around and see what seems to make sense. People can be very creative with this method. I'd recommend doing more research, before you attempt anything though.

i suggest you to buy a long reinforced usb cable then, you can come up with a lot of legitimate ways to use it. i have this said cable and i'm looking forward to escape by it. it's pretty strong for partial hanging to be honest, i weigh about 70kg so in your situation this should be even easier

I found a spot in my garage used for storage which is high enough and strong enough to hold me, I think the scarf will still work because i tied it there just to test and it seemed to hold pretty well.
