panic disorder and ctb

Does anybody else deal with panic disordeer? last time i tried to ctb i screamed for help because i had a panic attack about death. i want to avoid it this time. i want it to go smoothly. my mind has been made up for a long time, i know my method, i just keep prolonging the days due to panic when the moment finally comes

That's obviously a reaction from SI. I'm sorry you have to go through this. Maybe you have to try to calm down with strong benzos? What's your method?

Go to get prescribed benzos.tell your doctor that you have panic attack ,you want to relieve the acute symptom to feel secured.My doctor prescribed me Xanax.
