Overdose?

I have Zolpidem/Ambien (10 mg), Buspirone (15 mg), Bupropion (200 mg), and Fluoxetine (20 mg)-

Are these actually going to do anything, or am I just fooling myself?
I suppose mixing sleeping pills with alcohol would have an effect, but I'm not sure.

I'm so tired of this fight. I'm about ready to leave.

well... we would certainly not like to find out if they did anything... when you did wake up from your drug induced coma, you would have a splitting headache and be puking. It would be best not to try...

I can imagine how desperate you must be, but I wouldn't recommend this. You would more than likely survive and have to suffer a great deal of discomfort.

None of the drugs you mention are very lethal, even when combined. You will probably just vomit if you add alcohol. Seizures and serotonin syndrome from the fluoxerine will certainly be painful though.

There are more reliable and peaceful methods mentioned elsewhere on this forum.
