oh my goodness, that article again?
I'm gonna be as clear as possible here, none of this specifically states that he vomited Feces because of SN which is what you were saying, how can you be someone whose worked in a hospital and not know this, also as I said above, this article has been shared multiple times throughout the years so this isn't the first I've seen but you do realize that vomiting feces has nothing to do with SN here, because that is what you were alluding to earlier, to vomit feces tales very specific and rare conditions and here they are as follows:
Intestinal obstruction: A blockage in the small or large intestine can cause a backup of waste material, which may be vomited up if the blockage is severe enough.
Gastrointestinal tract perforation: A hole in the stomach or intestines can allow fecal matter to leak into the abdominal cavity and potentially be vomited up.
Severe gastrointestinal infections: Certain types of bacterial or viral infections can cause inflammation and damage to the gastrointestinal tract, leading to the presence of feces in the vomit.
Bowel ischemia: A decrease in blood flow to the intestines can cause tissue death and the release of fecal matter into the stomach.
Fecal vomiting in newborns: In some cases, newborns may vomit feces if they have a congenital abnormality of the digestive system.
So, without having to waste my own time any further about your claim, here's a thread or two covering this very article down below. None of this correlates to your earlier claim that he vomited feces or anyone for that matter because of SN otherwise it would've been distinctly isolated as a phenomenon associated with this method. Also, this guy took it just days after Matthew Mindler which means he most likely didn't even know what he was doing since it was a copycat attempt. It didn't even look like he followed any specifics regarding the regimen because 8g is a very lethal amount.
Again, taking the worst case scenario and applying as the consensus of what will happen out of anxiety and fear.
