Help Benzos before and after SN

I plan on doing the sn method and to take benzoes before to help with si and after to be unconscious asap. Is that okay? How much klonopin should I take?

Well that is what is usually advised.

But have you previously used them?
I mean it's a good idea to keep in mind that the effect of benzos is highly dependent on tolerance (if any), the particular benzo you plan to use, the time of onset of action, and so on.

So if you plan to take a full dose after, it may take quite some time before you pass out.

That's the tricky part of the protocol: taking the benzos not too early and not too late.


For this reason, I plan to test my benzos beforehand (not extreme doses, but something "relatively safe") and check the exact time I will black out.

i plan on testing but I always delay it bc if I take half (1mg) I'm pretty sure I'm gonna sleep. I use half when I can't sleep and it works, probably 4 times a month

I am a regular user of klonopin. For me, it takes about 60 minutes to kick in so I am planning to take klonopin an hour before my sn drink. As for dosage, it really varies from person to person but i will take around 20 mgs.

That's not a bad indicator. I don't feel anything less than 7 grams, although I have no tolerance

hello there, may i ask you people, what benzo´s do you think are the best for the sn protocol? im a complete noob when it comes to pharmaceuticals, so im searching for different kinds in the internet. it looks like in the dark web i can get them all, so i want to order the best. for example, internet says oxazepam starts slowly and acts short, while diazepam starts slowly and acts long.
the ppeh says you take the benzo right before the SN, so i want a fast acting kind of benzo, right?
or does it even matter when i take this big amount of pills?
