I'm so scared that my SI won't allow me to do it....please can someone tell me if there's any other way. i live in the US I'm not super rich
...is there any other way tht isn't reversible? I also can't buy a gun.

I don't want to become paralyzed and I don't want to not die. I'm ctb'ing on Saturday night.
I might try hanging...I live with my parents and you get siblings tho and don't want to traumatize them....

I once wanted to jump from an apartment block, there was an emergency ladder to the roof. I chickened out at the last moment, luckily nobody saw me and called the cops or something. I now have a different method and am convinced SI wont get me again. (somehow even more miserable now)
From what i know the key to jumping is doing it high enough, like 10+ stories. dont want to end up in the hospital with all your bones broken, good luck

Like Alice mentioned, if you want to ctb this way, make sure to jump high enough. There are stories of people surviving high jumps as well, so there's still risk.
If you do commit to this method, I would advise you NOT to do it sober: alcohol, benzos, and so on

I was in your shoes, I have a GUN but my SI is too strong to use that method. I am using a powerful substance like Fentanyl to go. SN works the same way, I just do not like the SN method because you might puke & it taste bad... I am sorry you feel stuck, I wish you peace

I was. Unfortunately I fell back into psychosis and went back to the ward, and my family accessed my laptop and found my amazon order for the items for gas. I am now under heavy watch from them so I'm looking at more discreet options
