Help ondansetron and domperidone for SN

i got domperidone as AE for SN, is it enough? will taking ondansetron along with it be beneficial? if it may increase my chance i can obtain that too.

turns out i got access to metoclopramide too. will one of them suffice or should i combine ondansetron with either one?
