63 year old male lost job being evicted the weight of this highest anxiety/depression ive ever experienced lost weight, knots in stomach cant sleep i see younger wanting to ctb but older? my age just overwhelmed with circumstances and dont see a future - anyone relate?

60 yr old white male, lost three jobs in three years in my 40's (2 plant closings, 1 time I got fired). Didn't lose my house, fortunately. Just hang in and take it day-by-day. It will either get better ( and you won't have to CTB), or it won't and you can CTB later.Similar threads
