Help Numbing crème before fsh

Does anyone have any ideas if using numbing crème on the neck beforehand can gas issues during fsh? I'm thinking of putting it on and letting it numb and wiping it off before I take the plunge to hopefully help with pain/coughing

I did a test after using it and I finally got to a point where my hearing was going in and out and lips felt tingly like I might pass out but it was a test using arm strength to tighten the noose after the crème, previous tests I never got to that point due to uncomfortable and pain but didn't do a full hang test so unsure about coughing

how long did you constrict your own neck? before you got the tingly sensation and the hearing going in and out

It helped with the one test, I had to pull the rope for what felt like 7-10 seconds to get that? It also helped since I am a pussy when it comes to pain and have tried a few times over the last days and had previous pain in my neck so it made any test manageable. I put more crème on for a better real attempt later but if it works I won't be able to give much feedbacks

Yeah it's not the most pleasant to hear or talk about but I'm hoping it will make it pain free and simple
