• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I feel like I am getting closer to ctb once I have worked out my method of choice.

I want to minimise things for my family once I'm gone, so wondered on people's thoughts about how to let people in your life know what's happened.

I'd be leaving a note for my family, but it was more friends etc that would want to come to a funeral.

Would people leave a list and contact details for family to get in touch with as there would be plenty of contacts in my phone that wouldn't need to know I've passed away and my family wouldn't know what friends or work colleagues to notify

I woild recommend emails scheduled for after your planned date. Pretty much no chance that they get out too soon, and you can easily cancel them if you don't die for whatever reason.

I'm planning to send a delayed email to my solicitor to notify people. They'll need to contact some of them anyway because of the will. But, a few more people too with the hopes they'll tell everyone else.

A list sounds good though- to make it easier for your family to notify the people you want told.

What sites allow you to send a delayed email but give you the option to delete beforehand?
Unless you have to join a website in order to do this...
