Nothing after 2018 feels real. It feels like my life right now is a nightmare and not even real. It feels like a bad dream. It honestly still feels like 2018 imo, but it's already 2023. I think 2018 was the last "normal" or "real" year.

It's horribel when suddenly reality hits you! I started feeling like this from 2021! Everything is just blurry, painful and doesn't seem real. The body and mind is stuck in depression and trauma. Thinking about living like this much longer is a very debilitating thought!

I agree but I would say after 2019
I got consumed by paranoia and conspiracies so bad after 2019. It fucked up my life
