Help Not wanting to die alone

I'm planning to cbt sometime around the end of the year but I'm terribly scared of going out alone. I have always felt alone all my life so I don't want to go out as miserably as I lived. I don't know anyone irl to do it with so it has stayed as a thought. Any advise to cope with this during the meantime? The only reason I'm not cbt rn it's because there is a lot going on in my life that I don't want to leave incomplete so I plan to get it all done before the end of the year so I can go out with a peaceful mind. I plan to do full suspension or parcial, depends on the place I will have available at the time.
