Help Not sure which method to use

I've tried partial hanging around three times, and haven't been able to pass out, and have also had a strong desire to swallow. I've been thinking of doing full hanging, but it's kinda scary. I also have access to a shotgun, with 00 buck shells, but I'm terrified of a failed attempt. Can anyone give me some tips or some easy methods? Thanks

It's so cruel and dreadful to me how it's so difficult to be free from this existence, I find it terrifying how trying to cease existing can go wrong and lead to way worse suffering, I wish there is a straightforward way to be gone, it's all I hope for and I always suffer so much from how I cannot just choose to simply cease existing in peace and never exist ever again, I see so much cruelty in how a peaceful death like that is denied for me. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope that you find the freedom you search for.
