OD'ing on pills because that is not a reliable way to go, too high of a chance of failure and survival along with (potentially) permanent damage. Also, I would not wish to cut myself, I don't have a high pain tolerance and SI will easily kick in before I even get anywhere remotely close to CTB'ing.
