when i try to compress my arteries through my fingers, it's easier to locate and easily done but when i try the same thing with socks ( alternative to cornhole ), i am not able to locate the arteries right. and for once when i did, i can't seem to compress them with socks, idk why. so if anyone know about this method in detail, i'd appreciate their help. i do not really have access to any other method so i have to be successful at this one.
