Nembutal synthesis

Nothing seems close to N. Knowing how restricted it is feels like a soft torture.

Is there a way to synthesise N? No one ever talks about this and I wondered if it's even conceivable for someone with a specialist background/equipment.

The PPEH had a video on it (I believe so). I wouldn't do it, chemistry isn't safe when you have no clue what you're doing.
I can no longer find the video, but someone might have it.

I did research on it. And I don't think it's possible to make it. It's very hard and I've heard of actual chemists who had everything and couldn't end up making it.

I don't know about N, but for example SN can be easily synthesized through the reduction of nitrate salts. Which would be viable for anyone without access to nitrites.
e.g. NaNO3 —> NaNO2
Merely for scientific purposes though, right? Any it could be illegal under specific jurisdictions, so inform about that before. ;)

Nembutal isn't as unique as people say, it's just popular because it's been used a lot and thus has notoriety. Pharmacologically, it's not very different from *any barbiturate*. If you're not a trained chemist I'd say there's easier ways than synthesis, but this thread contains a lot of information on barbiturate synthesis, for the at home chemist:
Secobarbitol or butalbital will give you essentially the same effect as nembutal, but you could also modify this synthesis for nembutal, if you know what you're doing.

I also researched this. And it'll only give at best 60% purity. So it's not suitable for CTB.

Yeah, just gonna go for a cranial GSW through the sphenoid bone at this point. It really sucks that there are so few reliable ways to ctb.

if you cant obtain sodium nitrite you can just use potassium nitrite which is very available. it's less potent somewhat but 25g will still kill you
