I can cope and deal with suffering that life brings in general. But needing other humans for survival in every aspect (food, shelter, security, etc.). That's making my life feel like jail and punishment.
It's also hard to get my needs met. Going to doctor is always difficult for me. Also I don't get help. My tooth that I need to Chew is dying slowly. My health deteriorates.
People supposed to help do need really help me. Also not being born very reach or with real connection to the elite. It makes you mostly ignored. Also your needs to need get fully met, if you have any trouble.
