Help need help with SN protocol

i have many medicines and i would like to know how use them to have a majour probability of succes since i am mostly like to end in jail or (if i am lucky) in a mental hospital since i have a very long diagnosis of mental problems
so, if someone has a better knowledge of medicines that could help me i would appreciate it very much.

i have 60 x 0.5mg xanax, 20 x 10mg zolpidem, 7 x 50mg tramadol capsules, 10ml methadone, 50 x 300mg gabapentin, 20 x lorazepam pills, 30 ml 0,375 mg/ml triazolam and meto as AE

it seems as if you're asking me to give you a step-by-step guide, which i honestly don't feel comfortable doing. it looks like you have almost everything you need to ctb, but you will have to do some work in figuring out the order of operations. thankfully the list that i linked that says "SN Protocols 2024" basically has what you're looking for. if you create an outline for yourself and ask for feedback on that, i'm sure people would be more willing to assist with that.
