Hello all,

I'm planning on using the SN method, but I have yet to find a reliable source for Meto.

I can't request it from a doctor as I have no valid excuse and they are aware of my depression and possible suicidality.

I tried asking around here a few months ago but, sadly, nobody responded.

Could you please help me find a source? I am worried that without this, I will have to resort to a more confusing, painful and unreliable method that may leave me a vegetable.

Thank you.

Domperidone does the same job as Meto. It helps with nausea and vomiting and speeds up gastric emptying. You can buy online from certain pharmacies but you will have an online consultation which is easy to pass. Google it

I think all chemists have it, just say it's for migraine and nausea

Ok, I'll look into getting Prochloperazine or Domperidone instead, thank you for the suggestions. 👍🏼

Prochlorperazine can be bought easily OTC at any pharmacy (like Boots), just say you're struggling with migraine induced nausea/headahces and it's what your GP recommended. The brand name is Buccastem M, just be advised they usually come in sizes of 8 tablets (which might be enough, who knows with regards to AE honestly - the standard dose is 2 tablets), and the main difficulty is that you have to stick them beneath your upper lip and let them be absorbed. This usually takes 30mins to an hour, and while you don't really notice it after too long, it's a bit annoying. Only mentioning because it's more difficult that just swallowing a pill.

Pretty much this, this is how I got domperidone.

I actually do have a history of migraines so that was a godsend. Domperidone used to be available OTC in pharmacies until a few years ago when it went prescription only. I just told my doctor I used to buy that when I bad migraine and nausea episodes and it worked for well for me. Doctor immediately gave me a prescription for it.

Feel a bit bad for deceiving them but gotta do what you gotta do I suppose !

I would go for domperidone. As far as I know Prochloperazine doesn't speed up gastric emptying and that really helps speed up how SN works. Cloud Pharmacy and Meds UK are 2 examples that sell it online. There are others Ok, I'll look into getting Prochloperazine or Domperidone instead, thank you for the suggestions. 👍🏼

I noticed Dramamine references in the PPH for an OTC AE in the UK (that was a lot of acronyms). That's what I plan on getting.
