Needs to be something relatively painless and quick and easy to make/purchase and can't be a gun since im in canada and wouldn't wanna use a gun anyways tho

Your best bet unfortunately is either hanging or jumping... Inert gas is too damn expensive & SN is just becoming harder to source everyday. Atleast with either method of Hanging or jumping, if done right both method can be painless or have minimal pain.

Deciding on any potential method just depends on what people can access, I believe if there were straightforward ways to die that are guaranteed, easy, painless and accessible there wouldn't be much need for this site in the first place. Sadly suicide just isn't easy especially as we exist in a society where a painless death is cruelly made so inaccessible. But anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.
