My constipation might be related to my high sugar consumption, haha. In such cases only enemas help, apparently (with healthy doses of stool softener)

Good! I had to do that too, I only just started getting off laxatives to help me ,,, I still donno what my constipation was from but as I've been unable to access sweets as regularly as I would have mabye it was also potentially related to high sugar consumption, just glad to hear your okay

Eating a lot of prunes with water usually works better than laxatives, try it twice a day
