Helium is not sold pure here anymore. Well, not the kind they sell in department stores. I had thought about it, but too difficult to obtain pure. Reviews showed that the balloons sink within an hour or two. I have a dark sense of humour though. I might hang a doll in a police uniform, with a noose around its neck, outside my door. They are a cunch of bunts and partially responsible for me CTB. I want it to stay in their minds.
