I have tinnitus in my right ear and vision floaters are going every which way right now. I'm 39 now and I think every sign is telling me to die now I'm not religious but last week I prayed silently for God to help me live or help me die and I think God answered me in its own sick fucking way. I wish I had a gun this would be the best time I am in hell.

I'm so sorry. I'm 39 too. I failed so hard at losing weight for a fucking decade that I gave myself diabetes. If that isn't the peak of ultimate failure I don't know what is. Still trying though. I'm down 30 lbs in a year. Not much, but I'm trying.

There's surgery you can get for floaters. Vitrectomy. I looked it up. Maybe that can be an option? Or, there might be non surgical treatments? I have them too, but not as bad as you do.

Wishing you the best.

When did they start?

Look on youtube for the neck tapping exercises for tinnitus, basically polyvagal techniques.
idk astaxanthin is a strong antioxidant that can help the eyes.

sounds like you might have neuropathy

I've had constant pain in my neck and pain down thru my hand for a year. It's gotten worse this summer. Doctors have been useless. I'm so fucked.

There just aren't cures for everything that inflicts us, even though doctors like to think there are. And frankly, I don't want to take a pill for every disease and ailment that comes my way. Oftentimes, the "cure" brings with it a multitude of other issues.

might be a pinched nerve / cervical radiculopathy, did they rule that out?

Maybe pinched nerve or herniated disc. If so I don't really have the money or fortitude to handle it any more.

That sounds really horrible what you have to endure, it's so cruel how people suffer all through no fault of their own, existence truly is so hellish to me.

I understand your pain. I found out I'm losing my vision at 19. I'm catching the bus for this exact reason. Can't bear the thought of existing like this. Life isn't fair but that's just the way it is. I hope you can find some peace. All the best,
