• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i havent been able to leave my bed in 2 days due to severe depression and anhedonia

my body feels SO heavy, my mind feels like it has given up

i tried to go to the bathroom just now, and out of nowhere, my anxiety flared up like crazy. i kept getting scared that someone behind the door would scare me/murder me. this has never happened before. i am a grown man ffs. i peed with the door to the washroom open because i couldnt take the suspense of a closed door. like wtf. i couldnt turn the lights off for the living room cuz i got scared. so fucking weird. my mental health has gotten so fucking bad idk whats happening to me. and i KNEW I WAS SAFE and this is just my brain scaring me, but i still felt terrified/hypervigilant. i cant even describe it.

i had 1 day monday where i was doing good and now im back to this shit.

im tired. idk how i can get better when none of my problems are my fault (homophobia, rape)

anyone experience paranoia out of nowhere? what is that a sympton of?

If you can, get professional help. It might not just be psychological, especially if you've tried medication before and it didn't help. Things like hypothyroidism and vitamin D deficiency can cause depression, and some other physical things that I can't remember rn because I'm very tired can cause anxiety.

If you're in a situation that is making things worse, get out if you can (although this is much easier said than done). Try and get a support system, even if it's just online friends. No, this forum doesn't count.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. You will absolutely feel better again, just take it easy until you do.
