Discussion My sn regime plan

Hello. Here is my SN regime plan. Please suggest if any changes are required.
Day 1:
7:00 AM - 10 mg meta
3:00 PM - 10 mg meta
11:00 PM - 10 mg meta

Day 2:
7:00 AM - 10mg meta
11:00 AM - Begin fasting
3:00 PM - 10mg meta
9:00 PM - Liquid fast
9:50 - 60 mg prop
10 PM - paracetamol 1000 mg (3 tablets)
10:15 PM - 30mg meta
10:25 PM - clonazepam ( Klonopin)- 2mg
10:30pm - double dose of recommended antacid (4 to 6 tablets is enough)
11:00 PM - 27g SN in 70ml water
Create two to three backup glasses

I don't think u gotta liquid fast for 5 hours, can be only 2.

Looks fine but I think you left out the most important thing. Prepare an extra dose of SN just in case you puke. It could still happen with meto

Yes thanks i will have backup glasses.

I don't think u gotta liquid fast for 5 hours, can be only 2.

Somewhere I read it to be 5 hours anyway I will have less water in my body which will increase sn absorption.

I think the longer your liquid fast is, the more stomach acid u'll have. I'm not sure tho. Maybe that's why most sources recommend only 2 hours.
