4:00 PM – Started Fast
10:00 P.M. - Stopped Drinking
11:00 P.M. - 900mg of Ibuprofen
11:16 P.M. - 3 X 10mg Meto
11:30 P.M. -actal plus (anti acid tablets)
12:00 A.M. - 25g SN in 50ml water

Im gonna start it Tommorow. Lmk if something is wrong
