My SN protocol. Your opinion/advice is appreciated

What do you think of my SN proctocol, do you see any issues with it?

Day 1
- 3 x 10mg Metoclopramide, taken 8 hours apart

Day 2
- 1 hour before SN, 600mg Ibuprofen
- 40 minutes prior to SN, 30mg Metoclopramide
- In the meantime, prepare 3 SN drinks in case I throw up.
- 5 minutes prior to SN, crush 50mg Valium, mix with water.
- Send delayed message to authorities scheduled for 6 hours later, for someone who won't be traumatised to come and collect me.
- Take my SN (from dmc, will not be testing) - 25g in 50-100 ml water.
- Then immediately lay down in bed and die
- I will be fasting for 8 hours, withdrawing liquids 2 hours prior to SN.

My concern is with the Valium. I only have 50mg, is this sufficient because in the pph a lot more is recommended?

I have never taken any kind of benzo before, is waiting 5 minutes too long a time to wait before drinking my SN?

I know it's recommended to test your benzos, but I only have 50mg and don't want to waste it by testing.

I am trying to make my plan as simple as possible so will not be using any other supplementary meds.

The ppeh recommends 500 mg Diazepam, quite frankly it's overkill, any amount of benzo helps. If you want to maximize the effect, adjust timing earlier or later depending on the dose, with the amount of you have, I would take it 10 mins earlier, the chances of a blackout is slim, but I may be mistaken because every body reacts differently. If you want to be extremely safe, stick to the protocol you have, simple gets the job done. Hope you find everything you're looking for OP.

Thanks for your response. Is Diazepam the same thing as Valium? Also for the 48 hour protocol, are they assuming people will fast for the entire 48 hours? I certainly can't do a 48 hour fast, so should I follow the 48 hour regimen but do a 8 hour fast instead?

Yes, Valium is the brand name for Diazepam.

Nope, 48 hour fasting is not recommended, not even 24 hours, stick to 8-12 hour fast and you're good.

They are one of the same or two different things, and have searched on the sites I know where to get them and one has a classified use of the diazepam background, valium, also called libervant, and the other another form of the benzo, valium, but to get pure diazepam get valium which is the other name for it or straight up diazepam with the name stated as such

Ah, forgive me… I didn't see this and it just says on notifications that it's just related to thread
Hehehe I am not, but I will be in another life. I just love Chinese culture way too much (healthy obsession) and relate to it since I was young… Can't explain why. My biography basically says freedom isnt far gone until you are free and for me, it's death.
Oh, but I am very much alive through the culture, if that makes sense and don't relate to my birth culture, and I truly respect cultures but this world fucking confuses me sometimes and just put up with it's abuse. This doesn't mean I disregard human experience (anyone who did came from China and place them on high pedestal than the other who does — sadly aware of these types of people and wouldn't want to meet anyone of any culture, just people realistically on here) as I know all are terrible regardless of whichever experience anyone came from and most people suck in this world besides the one here who have much more respect and experience of their traumas

I can understand Chinese, speak broken Chinese, but cannot read despite attending Chinese school. I grew up in Australia, immigrated here when I was 6 years old. I much prefer Western culture.

By recommended you mean by the ppeh? That's basically a website where you have to be a certain age and pay a membership fee to gain access right?

Yes, ppeh recommends 8 hours minimum.
