Please tell me what you think about it / things to change. Thanks

Day 1 : 5:00pm : 10mg diazepam to relax a little bit
Day 1 : 6:00pm : last meal, then fasting
Day 1 : 10pm : last time I drink (just water)
Day 1 : midnight : dissolving 25mg SN in 50ml distilled water (I'll prepare 3 little plastic bottles) - less stressful for me if I prepare it before
Day 2 : 00:20am : taking 2x 10mg zolpidem (sleeping pills)
Day 2 : 6:50am : 3 x 10mg metoclopramide + 400mg propranolol (crushed) - I plan to mix both drugs in enough water
Day 2 : 7:30am : crushing 30 x 10mg diazepam in water
Day 2 : 7:40 : drinking SN and sitting in my armchair (seems better than laying down because of vomiting risks ?)

I don't plan to take painkillers because it doesn't really work for me.

I made a mistake, I wrote 25mg but it's 25g SN. I wonder if 30g would be better to be sure it really works. I weigh 75kg.

Taking more just enhances the chances of you throwing it all up, it's better to have a second dose prepared if you happen to throw up the first one

the second one should also be 25g but if vomiting is persistent then an attempt should be abandoned

Wouldn't it just be a never ending cycle?
Imagine you throw up the first dose and decide to take the second but again end up throwing it up too. Now at this point are we sure how much grams is left in our system? Hard to say if all is out
The more you take the higher chances of vomiting, your body detects the poison and is progressively trying to get rid of it

My SI is very strong so I honestly don't know. I bought a rope in the case I'll do it impulsively but it's so hard to decide and I am a very big procrastinator...

When it's time, I imagine taking SN very calmly, with this in my mind : "it's okay, you can finally rest now, you deserve it". And I fucking deserve it. We all deserve peace on SaSu. I wish you the best, wathever happens.

I think having the benzos in advance is key, you will feel very calm, and fall asleep real quick after the SN.
But you gotta be careful not falling asleep too fast.
If you notice you start falling asleep or fainting, i would drink the SN real quick at that moment, and relax.
And I agree, you dont have to think, just drink it, thats what I would do, and i will do right after new year. I just dont want to trash this time of the year to my family.

Thanks for your reply. I read in a thread here that taking benzos 8 minutes before drinking SN should be okay. I have sleeping pills too but I think benzos will do the job. And yes, you must drink it before falling asleep. I'd like to know how the body reacts with 300mg valium but I don't ant to practice and ending at the hospital, so wait and see. I'm so suicidal these days. I'm even thinking about leaving in the next days but you're right, committing suicide before Xmas is cruel for family and friends. But sometimes people cannot wait and suffer too much. January - February - March - April is the months I'm considering for leaving this earth.

300mg of valium is a lot (despite i have like 2G lol). I think i will use like 20-30mg in advance, and then 100mg after the SN, I really dont want to throw up.
In my case, I will do it in January, I can't stand this any longer.

In the 2025 version of the PPH, they recommend 20 x 30mg oxazepam crushed tablets. I asked to AI and the equivalent seems to be 300mg valium. I know AI can give false information but I think I'll follow the protocol and take the risk of vomiting the valium crushed pills. I really want to be uncouscious very fastly. But vomiting AFTER falling uncouscious is another thing that bothers me. But when the moment comes, I won't give a shit and I'll just drink. I wish I have a gun and in one second, BOOM, but I don't have access to guns.

xmas is improtant for my family, I don't want to ruin it.
But in the first days of January, i'll be gone.
I really hope the SN works.

I saw that.
It's a tough decision.
However, If I had to choose, maybe falling uncouscious and then vomiting is not that bad, you might not notice, you will be gone even faster, which is the ultimate goal.

No because we don't know interaction with other food. It's not recommended to take something else after drinking SN.

I've read about some people using mouthwash or cough drops to get rid of the taste. That should work.
