Method My SN protocol - any shortcomings that you can see?

Thinking about this a great deal over the last few days. I really want to try and avoid the possibility of experiencing akathisia whilst taking meto. It may happen - it may not happen, but seeing a recent video I do not want to be impacted to the extent that I cannot drink the SN - so I bought Klonopin to helpfully alleviate this possibility. The reason I am not going to take a full 1mg of Klonopin until the final day is that I took 1mg last night. cut one of the tablets in half and from 1am last night until about 5pm this afternoon I felt like a zombie. But it did have the bonus of making me completely apathetic.
So here it is - I'm following Stan's guide with a few adjustments.

Day 1

08:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide plus 0.5mg of Klonopin
16:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
24:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide plus 0.5 mg of Klonopin

Day 2

Day 2	Medication and Dose
08:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide plus 0.5mg of Klonopin
16:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
23:00hrs	600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol or my preferred 10mg Morphine Sulphate
23:15hrs	3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total) with 1 mg of Klonopin
23:30hrs	Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid.
24:00hrs	1 or 2 x 7.5mg Zopiclone sleeping tablets - then SN drink (three lots made up just in case)

Forgot to add - I'll have my ear buds in listening to some Stevie Nicks - maybe Rhiannon, maybe Edge of Seventeen - maybe both of them if I'm still awake

I'm not sure about the morphine, as I've heard that opioids can interfere with sn. But everything else looks fine to me. I plan to do the 1 hour regimen myself(just Advil, meto, famotidine, and sn).

I love those songs! I forgot all about them. Thanks. I've added them to my music library.

I do ask you to please be sure that you actually want to die 100%, before you do anything.

Ok thanks for the morphine tip. I wanted something stronger than paracetamol for pain. I guess oxycodone would be the same as morphine then - interfering with SN? I just do not believe these former tablets will cut it pain wise so I am now in a quandary...


As for certainty - I am packing up my house - have been for the past month - now I have a charity house clearance company on board to take my large items like sofa, chairs, fridge freezer washing machine etc. A major cat protection charity will be coming for my cat - and I have written out about 9 pages of A4 instructions about her likes, dislikes, idiosyncrasies. I am making video clips of her to put on a flash drive for them so they can see how she is in my environment. I have bought bags of her cat litter for them - corn - plus the food she likes, leaving her toys, games, etc
Sorted out where I am going to be cremated and the mortuary I'll end up at. Phoned my funeral plan company to check to see how much my policy is now worth. The only thing left to do is to wait for the date, carry on throwing away things that cannot be given to charity. I have even been so kind as to write letters to 22 companies who I have bills with - telling them I'm dead and they should close my account once they have the death certificate. I'm going and will be happy to be gone when the date arrives. I am very upset though about my cat Stevie Nicks - really upset.. I do love her...

this is probably a little late for you, but recently i had the idea of knocking myself with propofol immediately after drinking sn. it doesnt interfere with its mechanism and you're out in seconds.

it's recommended sn is completely dissolved (the little crystals) in tap water - btw.

and why not see how meto affects you before the attempt?

Yes I guess I could try Met beforehand but why I haven't is.. strangely enough my cat. It was bad enough a day ago after taking 1mg of Klonopin. I was like a zombie and it was very hard to sort her food out, change the cat litter. I felt awful for hours and out of it. I'm concerned that if I take the Meto to try it out and happen to be one of those people who responds badly then it will be even worse for my kitty. Isn't propofol the "milk of magnesia" that ended Michael Jackson. Wow, if so I'd love to get hold of that!

no i can completely understand that reasoning. meto shouldnt dull your senses though. especially not 1 tablet.

Paracetamol and ibuprofen are also painkillers and much more accessible as they are OTC

yeah i know but i use those daily and they don't help me with pain. that's why i was considering something stronger...

well assuming it would work, it's much better, because you can't make a benzo kick in instantly

I have oxy but unfortunately it is not the instant release one.

What kind of pain do people expect? I don't remember being in pain last time I attempted. Well... I don't remember much at all but when I asked my mom about it she said I didn't look like I was in pain on the way to the hospital. So I might not even take any painkillers next time. My focus is on trying not to throw up too soon this time.
