My SN plan : what do you think ?

What do you think of my plan for SN?

Day 1 :
8:00 hrs - 10mg domperidone
14:00 hrs - start of fasting: I would only take water or infusions.
16:00 hrs - 10mg domperidone
24:00 hrs - 10mg domperidone

Day 2 :
8:00 hrs - 10mg domperidone
16:00 hrs - 10mg domperidone
22:00 - 2,5 mg Xanax
23:00 - 400mg propranolol + 1g paracetamol
23:15 hrs - 30mg domperidone
24:00 hrs - 25g of SN in 50ml of water

I plan 4 glasses of 25g of SN in total. If I throw up one, I'll take another.
Just before swallowing the SN I would take a lidocaine lozenge to avoid the taste

You do seem to be fasting a lot longer than it says in Stan's Guide- it looks like 34 hours vs the 4 to 8 hours in Stan's Guide. Maybe this will help reduce risk of vomiting, not sure. Unless you are a regular faster this could be unpleasant to do this for so long, though if you fast regularly your body may be able to adapt to this better.

I think it took me 6 months to get ready, get all the medicine and all this organization. At first, I also thought I was just taking over-the-counter drugs and alcohol.

I only eat once a day so I used to be 24 hours fast, I have eating disorders. I don't feel good when my stomach is full. But actually, I am full of uncertainty when it comes to the period of fasting. Reducing 36h to 12h first could be interesting.

With eating disordered I hope you don't have an increased risked of vomiting- you know your body best, hopefully you can choose a window that works best for you.

It is true that I am very prone to nausea and vomiting, even outside of eating disorders.
I count on the different glasses of SN not to miss me...I hope everything will be fine. Also domperidone works really well for me in the case of nausea vomiting. In any case, thank you for your suggestion and your opinion.

Looks solid and very similar to my regime i also opted fordonperidone instead of meto and will be using xanax hopefully but i think ill be taking my nemzo a little closer to when i take sn. Ive never taken benzos though so im kinda unsure at the same time. Also i think ill fast for like 12 or 10 hours.

I've only got Olanzapine and ibufprofin for mine. I really hope I don't fuck this up. I don't want to suffer for days from failure. I'm reading a lot of failed horror stories and it's really scaring me.

I'm right there with you- I'll try Sn at some point it looks like and I don't have a good plan B.

Me too, SN's all I got. There are no other methods for me, all of them are so much more complicated. Like hanging, finding spots on your neck etc. It's just not feasible. SN has to work for me, I have no other choice.

To reduce the risk of throwing up (including after you lose consciousness), it's important to shorten the duration of SN transit in your stomach (less than 5 minutes if possible).
To achieve that, you need an empty stomach (8 hours fasting), PLUS (very important and often ignored) immediately lie on your right side once you have drunk the poison: your anatomy will "push" it quickly to your duodenum, where the vomiting force is near to zero.

I timed the time the benzos take to take effect and I arrived at 1h45/2h.

I too am scared even with this preparation, something can always happen. I already hope that I will swallow the SN without difficulty and that I will not suffer too much.

If the SN doesn't work, I really wouldn't know what to do for once knowing that I've been preparing this for months.
