Help My SN plan and some tips?

I got all the things I need to cbt, here is my plan:

8 hours	Fasting and avoid drinking
2 hours	Sedatives (against anxiety)	alprazolam 1mg
1 hour	Pain killers	Ibuprofen 1000mg
45 min	Sedatives (against anxiety)	alprazolam 1mg
45 min	Antiemetic (no vomiting)	30 mg Domperidone
20 min	Sedatives (against anxiety)	alprazolam 1mg
Times up	SN Drink	20g SN with 50 of water

Really want to know what you guys think about it.
Still not sure when I should take the alpras. I actually got 4.5mg, should I talk all of it? The max dosis is 3mg per day.

I am also happy for some tips. So far I gathered these. Feel free to review them:

• Turn your phone off (survival instincts might force you to call someone for help)
• Book an Airbnb or do it outside (you might make some noise, so make sure no one can hear you. A hotel might not be the best option then)
• Cover your mouth (again: noises)
• Use a straw (I heard it's easier)

I should feel happy right know or at least suicidal, but I just feel numb. Obtaining and actually possessing SN scared me a lot...all of this makes me so sad.
Planning on leaving this year.

Jeesus Christ that's a lot of sedatives. I don't think you'll be able to stay awake if you take that much. Also, taking some just 20mins before SN is asking for it not to take effect. Imo nothing should be taken after 45 minutes before the SN because it won't get absorbed completely. But otherwise your regimen looks good. You could reduce the amount of water to 40ml to make it easier to swallow quickly

Can't really advise on the meds as I'm not that knowledgeable. Are you planning on having any backup drinks ready in case you still vomit? I probably won't be able to get all the meds but I feel like the backup drinks are something of a safeguard.

Just want to make sure I feel as relaxed as possible since I don't got propanolol.

Also, taking some just 20mins before SN is asking for it not to take effect.

Alpras need 30 mins to take effect. I thought the last one should kick in after I had the SN drink. I'll see how long it takes for the first one to kick in and then decide spontaneous when to take the last one.

You could reduce the amount of water to 40ml to make it easier to swallow quickly

Do you think ist's better to drink it with a straw or as a shot? I guess i doesn't matter in the end anyway. I'll just have a chewing gum afterward or some Chocolat (That I'll not swallow of course) just to get rid of the flavour

I think you have got everything covered! I must admire your planning, make sure above all else that you will not be discovered during your departure. Failure to ctb can bring some most unpleasant effects. See my posts about commitment to mental hospitals and the kind of people I encountered there in!

I really think that you won't stay awake long enough to complete all the steps if you really take 3 grams of the sedatives. I wish you the best.

Hmmm...maybe I should stick with 2g. If i fall asleep after the sn i might throw up and wouldn't be able to have the second drink.

Just a small tip: just after having taken the salty wine, lie on your right side. Due to your stomach and duodenum anatomy, it will accelerate the ingestion of the poison, hence also reduce the risk of throwing it up.
Ps: four glasses is somewhat overkilling...

I'd down it, a straw makes it a bit slower

4 glasses is the recommended

I agree with the other poster who mentioned being on your right side to speed up the SN absorption into the small intestine. This recent study here that recommends it is specifically about pills, though. Also, they suggest to take it while you're lying down on your right side rather than moving into that position after ingesting the SN.

While I want the SN to absorb quickly, I wonder if rapid absorption plus benzos will make us pass out too quickly. The last thing I want is to wake up. I plan to try to take only a small amount of benzos and to try to stay awake for around twenty minutes after I take the SN.
